Your first payment

If the Knight membership is not what you hoped for, ask within 14 days of your first payment and you get all of it back. You don't have to give a reason, though we'd be glad to hear one.

Renewals

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops the next charge; you stay a Knight until the end of the period already paid for. A renewal payment is not refunded once its period has begun, with two exceptions: if you were charged after cancelling, or charged twice, tell us and the money comes back.

How to ask

Email hello@medievalbooker.com from the address on your account, or use the link in the receipt Paddle sent you. Our payments are handled by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so the refund is issued by Paddle to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5–10 working days.

Your rights under the law

If you live in the EU, the UK or another country that gives consumers a right to withdraw from an online purchase, this policy is in addition to that right and never takes anything away from it.
