For festival organisers
Your festival is listed free, stays free, and links to your site. Send us your dates and we'll update the page within a day.
What a listing includes
A page with your festival's name, city, dates for this year and next, entry prices, what happens, a short FAQ, and a prominent link to your official site. It appears on the country page, the month pages, the relevant type pages and the city guide. Visitors can add your dates straight to their calendar. All of it is free, forever.
How to correct or add dates
Email hello@medievalbooker.com with the festival name, the dates, and a link to the page on your site where they are published. That link is the whole reason we can mark a date "confirmed" rather than "expected". We update within a day and reply to say so.
A badge, if you'd like one
Some organisers like to show where they are listed. Copy the snippet below onto your site; it links back to our home page.
<a href="https://medievalbooker.com" rel="noopener"><img src="https://medievalbooker.com/badge.svg" alt="Listed on Medieval Booker" width="200" height="56"></a>
What we don't do
- No paid placement in listings. Nobody can buy a ranking or a recommendation.
- No selling or sharing of your contact details.
- No copying your site's text. Our descriptions are written by us; quotes from you are quoted and attributed.
Photos
Our pages use illustrations. If you'd like us to use photographs of your festival, send them with a credit line and confirmation that we may publish them; we'll credit the photographer under every image.
